I specialize in capturing the natural beauty of everyday families, which means genuine smiles, playful energy, and portraits that show your personality. Sure, we’ll get those classic posed shots (perfect for grandparents and holiday cards), but most of our time will be spent making memories together while I capture the little things that matter most.

Mini Sessions (With a Twist)
I don’t run traditional mini sessions, but here’s the twist: you and a friend can team up and share a full family session. My one-hour family session is $400, and instead of booking separately, two families can split the time (30 minutes each) and the cost.
It’s the perfect way to get beautiful family portraits without committing to a full session on your own—same quality, same location, just shared between two families.
The Best Time for Family Photos
Lighting plays a huge role in creating timeless family portraits. I always recommend scheduling sessions during golden hour—the soft, glowy light just before sunset—when everything feels warm and natural. This timing not only makes for beautiful images but also keeps kids happier since the pace is relaxed and fun.
Choosing the Perfect Location
New Orleans is filled with incredible backdrops for family photography. Depending on your family’s style, we can keep it natural with the oak trees and wide-open spaces at City Park or Audubon Park, or go for something more urban with colorful murals, cobblestone streets, and historic charm in the French Quarter or Bywater.
